The HCC Office of Systemwide Compliance is pleased to announce the newly automated Contract Compliance & Small Business Program. Implemented in 2010, our new system defines an innovative way of doing business with HCC. The web based software system will be accessible to all HCC departments, registered vendors, contractors, subcontractors, and the public. The system includes the following key features:

  • Communication with contractors via email, regarding compliance issues
  • Submission of contractorsí monthly utilization reports online, and automated tracking of M/W/D/SBE goals
  • Automatic M/W/D/SBE verification of payments
  • Tracking of M/W/D/SBE certification applications from submission to completion
  • Flexible reporting capabilities
